Add variety into your routine.

Come as you are - whether you are new to movement, working through an injury, or looking for something new. Remember - consistency is key. Don’t be discouraged if the classes are difficult at first… we all start somewhere! The more frequently you commit to your practice, the more benefits you will feel. Always listen to your body’s needs and modify your classes as needed. Your form and breath always come first!

 

Breathwork Yoga Flow & Meditation

A perfect blend of Yin, Vinyasa, breathing exercises, and meditation. In this class we will strengthen and stretch your joints while optimizing lung capacity. We finish with a guided body-awareness meditation to promote mindfulness and relaxation.

 

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training consisting of quick bursts of high-energy endurance-based exercises with a short recovery period between each. Great for burning fat and increasing stamina.

Power Vinyasa Flow

This is an all-levels class with the option to go into advanced postures, or stay in the modified or beginner form. We move through the flows at a quicker pace to elevate your heart rate and maximize your time. This class is designed to challenge yourself while having fun and a great reminder to not take yourself too seriously!

 

Barre

Ballet-inspired cardio and strength training. Great for your joints and small isometric muscle groups. Consists of high-repetition movements to fatigue each muscle group in the body - legs, glutes, abs, and arms.

Chair Yoga

Release dormant energy in your body and get your blood flowing without even leaving your chair! Great for beginners or anyone working through injuries. Requires very light strength or mobility. Great introduction to yoga especially Yin and Vinyasa-style postures.

 

Yin

Gentle floor sequence with an emphasis on joint and fascia stretching. Postures are held for 2-5 minutes with the assistance of props such as a pillow, bolster or block.

Sculpt

Power Vinyasa flow with the incorporation of light weights and dynamic movements to strengthen & tone your body while also building balance and flexibility.

 

Strengthen & Stretch

This class is specifically design to build and stretch the big muscles in the body. We focus on slow, controlled movements with dynamic stretches between. All exercises can be done with or without a weight depending on your level. Look for lower body vs upper body classes for targeted workouts!

Blend

Build upon your traditional 26 & 2 practice with additional Vinyasa postures and flows to build more endurance, flexibility, and strength. We practice along with music with minimal cuing and instruction.

 

Beat-Based Yogalates

Follow along to the beat of the music in this choreographed full-body class! This is a fusion class of yoga and Pilates, focusing on strength, stretching, and balance. We do six songs total, each song focusing on a different body group: warm-up, glutes, abs, planks/upper body, legs, and a cool down. The class can vary from 30-45 minutes depending on song length of that week.

Pilates

It’s all about the core! Strength-based exercises broken into various muscle groups in Tabata (HIIT) format. This class builds your total core - glutes, abs, back, and legs.

 

26 & 2

The original “hot yoga” consisting of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises - the same every time. Strong emphasis on stillness, breath, spine strength & mobility, and balance.
